Calvin has over 15 years experience in the surveying industry. He attended the University of Otago, School of Surveying graduating with a Bachelor of Surveying in 2007. He has a broad range of expertise in civil and construction works, earthworks, building setout, project management, land development and subdivision.

Surveying has taken him to some interesting places over the years; from construction works in the middle of Western Australia, to the earthquake recovery works in Christchurch and Kaikoura, and Treaty Settlement surveys in remote Coromandel.

Above all Calvin values his relationships with his clients and enabling them to make informed decisions on their projects.

Rotorua has been his home since 2018 and outside of work he loves the outdoors – tramping, camping, mountain biking, cycle touring, trail running, surfing, rafting and kayaking – you’ll probably see him out there somewhere!
